Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
• Plan and develop effective, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and scientific inquiry
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the continuous improvement of the science department
• Support students in developing a deep understanding of scientific concepts and their real-world applications
• Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and professional development opportunities
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure academic success
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A strong interest in science subjects relevant to Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Preferred
