Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant Science subject specialism.
- Proven experience in teaching Science at the secondary level.
- A commitment to inclusion and student well-being.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A willingness to embrace innovation and take risks in teaching.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
