The Opportunity:

As a Secondary Curriculum Specialist, you will lead curriculum innovation and support professional learning across a network of international schools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping education and driving impactful change in teaching and learning practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion curriculum innovation and alignment with international frameworks such as IB and Cambridge.
  • Plan and implement professional learning opportunities and curriculum dialogue with school staff.
  • Facilitate workshops, conferences, and training sessions for local and overseas schools.
  • Mentor and coach senior teachers and curriculum coordinators.
  • Support teaching teams in developing reflective teaching practices and professional dialogue.
  • Conduct scheduled school visits to observe teaching and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance pedagogical alignment and instructional excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of assessment tools aligned with school-wide learning outcomes.
  • Lead or contribute to group-wide pedagogical initiatives, including technology and AI-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised Degree in Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pedagogical leadership role.
  • Proven experience in secondary education and with curriculum frameworks such as IB, IPC, or Cambridge.
  • Strong knowledge of subject-based learning and teaching practices in at least two subject areas.
  • Experience working across multiple schools and leading professional development at scale.
  • Ability to build trust, coach peers, and drive meaningful pedagogical change.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
  • Understanding of child development and learning behaviours in upper primary and secondary years.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage adults.
  • Digitally proficient with the ability to use technology effectively for communication and delivery.
