The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons aligned with the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate curricula.

• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Fully qualified and experienced Secondary English Teacher with a degree in English Language & Literature or a related field.
• Relevant professional teaching qualification such as Master's in Education, PGCE, QTS, or teaching diploma.
• Minimum of two years' extensive international teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the IB and Swiss Baccalaureate curricula.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Preferred

• Experience with bilingual or multilingual education environments.
• Familiarity with STEAM programmes and interdisciplinary teaching approaches.
• Experience working in international schools or with diverse student populations.
• Proficiency in French or German is an advantage.
