The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that align with department schemes of work and link with the real world.
• Assist in the development and delivery of a comprehensive and high-quality mathematics curriculum.
• Use homework and assessments to monitor and support student progress, implementing targeted interventions as needed.
• Provide effective feedback and maintain strong communication with parents to keep them informed of student progress and targets.
• Collaborate with department members to continuously improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
• Work with colleagues and senior leadership to implement school improvement priorities effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience teaching mathematics at secondary level, including IGCSE, A Level, and IBDP courses.
• A bachelor’s degree with QTS (or international equivalent).
• Strong foundation in mathematics and familiarity with examination boards and curriculum frameworks.

Preferred

• Experience with extracurricular activities, including mathematical competitions and clubs.
• Ability to use advanced teaching resources and technology in the classroom.
• Experience working in an international school setting.
