Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic, curriculum that fosters creativity, practical skills, and innovation.
  • Lead a team of dedicated teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and engaging educational experience.
  • Design and deliver high-quality, student-centered lessons that meet the needs of a diverse international student body.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum in a UK or international school.
  • Native-level English speaker with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proven leadership or curriculum coordination experience.
  • Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
  • Commitment to child-centered, creative teaching practices.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a department or coordinating curriculum.
  • Familiarity with teaching design and technology.
  • Knowledge of international education standards and practices.
  • Ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities and school life.
