Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum of England.
• Support students in developing their understanding of psychology through practical and theoretical learning.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s pastoral and extra-curricular programmes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
• A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
• Exceptional subject knowledge in Psychology, with experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.
• Proven experience teaching IGCSE, AS/A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) qualifications.
• A strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.
