Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Art and Design Technology lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England.
• Develop and implement engaging, creative, and challenging teaching resources and schemes of work.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
• Support students in developing practical and theoretical skills in Art and Design Technology.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events that enhance student learning and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards of teaching and learning across the school.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
• Participate in professional development and staff training initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
• A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
• Extensive experience teaching the National Curriculum of England, including IGCSE, AS/A Level, and International Baccalaureate (IB).
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in Art and Design Technology.
• Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design Technology with a passion for inspiring students.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with British curriculum pathways, including AS/A Levels and the IB Diploma.
• Experience with inclusive teaching practices and pastoral care.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within a school environment.
