Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality arts education aligned with the National Curriculum of England.
• Plan and implement engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that promote student achievement and personal growth.
• Support students in developing their artistic skills, critical thinking, and confidence.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events that promote the arts and student engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
• A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
• Exceptional subject knowledge and experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.
• Experience teaching IGCSE, AS/A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB).
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• A strong commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school environment.
• Familiarity with British curriculum frameworks and assessment standards.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration.
