Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth classroom operations.
• Assist teachers in Mathematics and English lessons, including STEM and Humanities classes.
• Facilitate extracurricular and student activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Support students inside and outside the classroom to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Assist in the development and management of classroom resources.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Native fluency in English and Mandarin.
• National Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade 2 Level B or above.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a teaching assistant or similar role.
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.

Preferred

• A teaching certificate, PGCE, or similar qualification.
• Demonstrated academic excellence and a passion for education.
• Experience with bilingual or project-based learning environments.
