We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Spanish Teacher 0.5 FTE to join our vibrant Junior School community. This is an opportunity to nurture a love of Spanish in Key Stage 2 pupils and create engaging lessons that foster confidence and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and imaginative Spanish lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils
• Create a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Encourage pupils to communicate confidently and develop a genuine enjoyment of languages
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider life of the school
• Build positive relationships with students and support their academic and personal development
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, pupil-centred teaching
• Ensure high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour
• Support the school’s mission to provide a challenging and positive learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Spanish language and culture
• Experience of teaching Spanish within a primary or prep school setting
• Strong academic background and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching
• Ability to create engaging and imaginative lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils
• High expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour
