Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and officiate a range of sports including rugby, netball, hockey, and cricket
- Support weekend fixtures and school trips
- Assist with the strength and conditioning programme and sports tournaments
- Provide general teaching support in the PE and Sports departments
- Undertake administrative tasks to support the sporting provision
- Support students pastorally during tutor time
- Assist with Prep School Games where applicable
- Participate in professional development and coaching qualification support
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in coaching or officiating rugby or netball
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working with young people and promoting a positive sporting environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and take on a variety of responsibilities
- Flexibility to work across different departments and support a busy schedule
Preferred
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting
- Experience with strength and conditioning or sports administration
- Knowledge of sports development and youth coaching best practices
- Interest in pursuing a career in teaching or sports coaching
