The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and officiate a range of sports including rugby, netball, hockey, and cricket
  • Support weekend fixtures and school trips
  • Assist with the strength and conditioning programme and sports tournaments
  • Provide general teaching support in the PE and Sports departments
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the sporting provision
  • Support students pastorally during tutor time
  • Assist with Prep School Games where applicable
  • Participate in professional development and coaching qualification support

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in coaching or officiating rugby or netball
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working with young people and promoting a positive sporting environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take on a variety of responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work across different departments and support a busy schedule

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting
  • Experience with strength and conditioning or sports administration
  • Knowledge of sports development and youth coaching best practices
  • Interest in pursuing a career in teaching or sports coaching
