The Opportunity:

A school is seeking dedicated Sports Coaches (Netball, Cricket, Rugby) to support a vibrant and ambitious sports programme across its Prep and Senior Schools. This role offers the chance to inspire and develop students of all abilities, while contributing to a thriving co-curricular and sporting culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality coaching in Netball, Cricket, or Rugby to students across all ability levels.
• Develop and implement training programmes that promote skill development, enjoyment, and performance.
• Support a broad and ambitious co-curricular programme, including fixtures, tours, and House events.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
• Collaborate with other staff members to integrate sport with academic and pastoral development.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance coaching expertise and delivery.
• Contribute to the school’s mission of nurturing well-rounded, confident, and globally minded individuals.
• Be fully involved in school life, including events, leadership initiatives, and student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant degree and/or recognised coaching qualifications.
• Minimum of two years’ coaching experience, preferably in a school or high-performance environment.
• Strong expertise in at least one of Netball, Cricket, or Rugby.
• Passion for developing students of all abilities, from participation to performance level.
• Commitment to placing students at the centre of coaching practice.
• Willingness to be fully involved in school life, including fixtures, tours, and events.

Preferred

• Experience with the UK independent sector or similar high-performance environments.
• Background in professional development and continuous improvement.
