As a Swimming Coach (Female - Whole-School), you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students from Foundation Stage to Sixth Form. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons across all age groups, following the National Curriculum
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in swimming and physical education
• Collaborate with other staff to support the school’s mission and enhance the profile of the department
• Contribute to the extra-curricular programme and support the well-being and pastoral care of students
• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance teaching skills
• Develop innovative and creative lesson plans that align with the school’s educational goals
• Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching swimming or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for swimming
• Ability to deliver inspirational and impactful lessons
• A collaborative nature and excellent communication skills
• Evidence of recent professional development in teaching or swimming
• Commitment to the extra-curricular programme and student well-being
• A positive and innovative mindset

Preferred

• Experience working overseas or with international students
