The Opportunity:

As a Future Pathways Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students from Grades 6–12 in making informed decisions about their academic and career futures. This role is central to delivering a future-focused program that empowers students to succeed in university, work, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a structured Futures program aligned with global educational frameworks
• Provide expert guidance on university admissions and career planning across multiple regions
• Support students in subject selection, application writing, and career exploration
• Track student destinations and manage applications through a careers platform
• Build partnerships with universities, employers, and industry professionals
• Coordinate careers events, university fairs, and speaker programs
• Develop internship and enrichment opportunities for students
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate real-world learning across the curriculum

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualification in careers guidance or counseling preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in careers guidance or a similar education role
• Strong knowledge of global university systems and admissions processes
• Experience in delivering careers and futures programs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment

Preferred

• Experience with careers guidance platforms such as Unifrog
• Background in futures thinking or educational innovation
• Experience in student mentoring or academic counseling
