Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Business lessons across all key stages.
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging curricula.
- Support students in achieving excellent academic results at GCSE and A Level.
- Contribute to the co-curricular programme and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students as required.
- Assist in the development of assessment strategies and marking schemes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
- Experience in teaching Business or related subjects.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality education and student development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience teaching Social Science subjects such as Economics.
- Experience with GCSE and A Level curriculum delivery.
- Familiarity with the Independent Schools Teacher Induction Panel (ISTIP).
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to co-curricular activities.
