Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Business lessons across all key stages.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging curricula.
  • Support students in achieving excellent academic results at GCSE and A Level.
  • Contribute to the co-curricular programme and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students as required.
  • Assist in the development of assessment strategies and marking schemes.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
  • Experience in teaching Business or related subjects.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality education and student development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Social Science subjects such as Economics.
  • Experience with GCSE and A Level curriculum delivery.
  • Familiarity with the Independent Schools Teacher Induction Panel (ISTIP).
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to co-curricular activities.
