The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assist with preparing and organizing the classroom for lessons and displaying students' work
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with individual learning needs
- Support students with disabilities in movement and participation across the school
- Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Contribute to the development of students’ independence and confidence
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- GCSE or equivalent Functional Skills in Mathematics and English (Grade Level 2)
- GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C/4 or above)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
- Commitment to the school’s vision and values
Preferred
- Experience in education or working with young people
- IT and administrative skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with supporting students with special educational needs
