We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support Class Teachers and students in a dynamic and caring school environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Class Teachers with lesson activities and classroom supervision.
• Support pupils in a safe and encouraging environment.
• Provide administrative assistance to support the smooth running of the classroom.
• Contribute to the delivery of a well-rounded curriculum through active participation in school activities.
• Cover break, lunch, and after-school duties as required by the school rota.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a consistent and positive approach to student behavior and learning.
• Support the development of students’ social and emotional skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred

• Experience with children aged 2–11.
• Knowledge of curriculum delivery and classroom management techniques.
• Experience with administrative tasks in an educational setting.
• Familiarity with child protection procedures and DBS checks.
