Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality science lessons that inspire and engage students of all abilities.
- Support the school’s mission to let every student’s light shine through inclusive and challenging teaching.

- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the school’s values and curriculum goals.
- Provide pastoral support and maintain strong, positive relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment in line with safeguarding policies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in science education.
- Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
- Proven ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a supportive school culture.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching at Key Stage 3 or 4.
- Background in delivering science education in a Catholic school setting.
- Experience with curriculum development or leading science initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
