The Opportunity:

Join a dynamic compliance team as a Trainee Compliance Officer and gain hands-on experience in a range of compliance areas, including Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Fire Safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance Team in managing Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Fire Safety protocols.
• Assist with the administration of First Aid and policy management across the school.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance-related documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance to ensure all governance activities are effectively managed.
• Participate in training and development programs to build expertise in compliance and risk management.
• Monitor and report on compliance-related metrics and outcomes.
• Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes affecting the school and its operations.
• Support the school in maintaining a safe and compliant environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong digital skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and highly organised individual with a willingness to learn.
• No prior compliance experience required; early-career professional or recent graduate preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Health & Safety or Data Protection regulations.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks or risk management practices.
• Experience in an educational or school environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance processes and procedures.
