Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist experienced teachers in delivering high-quality Maths lessons
• Participate in departmental meetings and pedagogical discussions
• Contribute to the development of Maths resources and teaching materials
• Engage with students to foster a love of Mathematics and encourage academic excellence
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience for all students
• Attend and contribute to staff training and professional development sessions
• Monitor and support student progress through regular assessments and feedback
• Assist in the organization of extra-curricular Maths activities and events

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Commitment to training and becoming a qualified teacher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for Mathematics and teaching

Preferred

• Experience in teaching or tutoring Mathematics
• Familiarity with current teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements
• Experience with educational technology and digital resources
• A track record of academic achievement or relevant work experience
