Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Upper KS2 curriculum
- Support students in achieving their full academic potential through differentiated instruction
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation
- Participate in staff development and training initiatives
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of school-wide events and activities
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in Upper KS2 (Years 3–6)
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Preferred
- Experience working in a school with a strong focus on student well-being and inclusion
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
- Experience with curriculum design and cross-curricular planning
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
