Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Upper KS2 curriculum
• Support students in achieving their full academic potential through differentiated instruction
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation
• Participate in staff development and training initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in Upper KS2 (Years 3–6)
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development

Preferred

• Experience working in a school with a strong focus on student well-being and inclusion
