Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for England.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential academically and personally.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that incorporate technology in the classroom.
• Support the wellbeing and pastoral care of all students within the school community.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of a dynamic extra-curricular programme.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.
• Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant teaching qualifications, including a BA Hons degree and a UK-based teaching qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Strong commitment to student wellbeing and pastoral care.
• Proficiency in using ICT tools to enhance teaching and learning.

Preferred

• Experience in delivering creative and innovative lessons.
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities and student leadership.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
