Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor student attendance and engagement in the sixth form area.
• Track academic progress through evidence collection and liaison with teachers and tutors.
• Maintain detailed progress logs and identify students requiring additional support.
• Provide guidance and support to students to promote independent study and high standards of behaviour.
• Ensure a calm, structured, and purposeful environment within the sixth form centre.
• Support the smooth running of the sixth form provision and general administration.
• Uphold expectations that encourage academic success and student well-being.
• Work closely with staff to maintain the effective operation of the sixth form.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a school or educational setting.
• Ability to monitor student progress and provide support when needed.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to student welfare and academic success.
