The Opportunity:

As an Academy Administrator L3, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Services team during a period of growth across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Services team in the delivery of operational functions across multiple academy locations.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with school and trust standards.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of initiatives that support the school’s strategic objectives.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes across the academy.
  • Support the school in achieving its mission of providing a first-class education and maximising student opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong moral purpose and commitment to improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
  • Knowledge of school operations and administrative systems.
  • Experience with flexible working arrangements.
  • Familiarity with the use of educational software and systems.
