The Opportunity:
As an Academy Administrator L3, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Services team during a period of growth across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Services team in the delivery of operational functions across multiple academy locations.
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with school and trust standards.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of initiatives that support the school’s strategic objectives.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes across the academy.
- Support the school in achieving its mission of providing a first-class education and maximising student opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strong moral purpose and commitment to improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
- Knowledge of school operations and administrative systems.
- Experience with flexible working arrangements.
- Familiarity with the use of educational software and systems.
