Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the school's reception and general operations.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor接待 with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and senior leadership to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and manage school-related documentation.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including liaising with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Be flexible and available to work additional hours as needed, including during school holidays.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a similar administrative or reception role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational environment.
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
- Experience with managing school events or community engagement activities.
