Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the school's reception and general operations.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor接待 with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and senior leadership to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage school-related documentation.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including liaising with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Be flexible and available to work additional hours as needed, including during school holidays.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or reception role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational environment.
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Experience with managing school events or community engagement activities.
