The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the school’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement policies that support the school’s vision and values.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members of the school community.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school to ensure continuous improvement.
• Represent the school in the local community and wider educational sector.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within education.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and achieve high standards in education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and meet the required standard of spoken English.

Preferred

• Experience working within a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational organization.
• Background in evidence-based teaching and learning strategies.
• Experience with school improvement and performance management.
• Strong track record in professional development and leadership training.
• Experience in fostering inclusive and diverse learning communities.
