The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the school’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement policies that support the school’s vision and values.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members of the school community.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school to ensure continuous improvement.
- Represent the school in the local community and wider educational sector.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within education.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and achieve high standards in education.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and meet the required standard of spoken English.
Preferred
- Experience working within a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational organization.
- Background in evidence-based teaching and learning strategies.
- Experience with school improvement and performance management.
- Strong track record in professional development and leadership training.
- Experience in fostering inclusive and diverse learning communities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £98,106 - £110,892.
