The Opportunity:
As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in welcoming and guiding prospective families through the admissions process. This position offers the chance to be a key ambassador for the school, ensuring every interaction reflects its ethos and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents, students, and agents.
- Maintain accurate records in admissions systems and ensure compliance with UK Visas & Immigration requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Admissions and Marketing to support the school's mission and values.
- Support the smooth transition of new students into the school community.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the experience of prospective families.
- Work closely with the Registrar and other key departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a customer service or admissions role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using admissions and administrative software.
Preferred
- Experience in an educational or international admissions setting.
- Knowledge of UK visa and immigration procedures.
- Familiarity with Quaker values or a commitment to inclusive and values-based education.
- Experience in a school or educational institution.
