The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in welcoming and guiding prospective families through the admissions process. This position offers the chance to be a key ambassador for the school, ensuring every interaction reflects its ethos and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents, students, and agents.
  • Maintain accurate records in admissions systems and ensure compliance with UK Visas & Immigration requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Admissions and Marketing to support the school's mission and values.
  • Support the smooth transition of new students into the school community.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the experience of prospective families.
  • Work closely with the Registrar and other key departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in a customer service or admissions role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using admissions and administrative software.

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational or international admissions setting.
