Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the admissions process across all campuses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on all admissions-related queries.
  • Support the school’s mission by promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Assist with the preparation of admissions materials and documentation.
  • Attend open days and school events to represent the school professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all admissions policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in an admissions or customer service role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in using administrative software and databases.

Preferred
