As an Admissions Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families. This is a key position within a school that values professionalism, diversity, and high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the admissions process across all campuses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on all admissions-related queries.
- Support the school’s mission by promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Assist with the preparation of admissions materials and documentation.
- Attend open days and school events to represent the school professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all admissions policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in an admissions or customer service role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and databases.
Preferred
- Experience in an educational or international school setting.
- Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
- Familiarity with admissions systems and processes.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
