Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Arabic A and B lessons to secondary students
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum and school standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular initiatives and student development
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide events
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Arabic curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Support students in developing both academic and personal skills

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A B.Ed. or equivalent degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of MOE
• Strong subject knowledge in Arabic A and B
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Preferred

• Experience teaching Arabic A and B in a British International School setting
• Familiarity with AI curriculum and project-based learning
• Experience with curriculum development and innovation in teaching
