Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Arabic instruction to secondary students in line with the National Curriculum and IGCSE standards.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and academic excellence.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to support learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and school-wide initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Support the school’s ethos of ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters’ through student engagement and pastoral care.
• Stay up to date with curriculum developments and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lessons.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge in Arabic.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of MOE.
• Strong commitment to student attainment and academic excellence.

Preferred

• Experience teaching IGCSE qualifications.
• Familiarity with AI-based learning initiatives and project-based teaching methods.
• Experience with curriculum development and collaboration with external educational partners.
