The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified Assistant Curriculum Leader to lead and support the Business, Economics, and Computer Science Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the development of the Business, Economics, and Computer Science curriculum.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in your specialist subject to A Level.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance student outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to staff training initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment with school-wide priorities.

  • Support the wider school community through extracurricular and pastoral activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Business, Economics, or Computer Science to A Level.
  • Proven ability to lead and support curriculum development.
  • Strong commitment to student achievement and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting with a focus on professional development.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or senior teaching role.
