Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
- Relevant degree in English or a related subject.
- Experience in teaching English at the secondary level.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with the Early Careers Framework.
- Experience in delivering innovative and creative lessons.
