Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Drama in managing the department's curricular and co-curricular drama activities.
  • Deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons to students across all age groups.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of drama productions and events.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and departments to enhance the drama program.
  • Mentor and support students in developing their performance and creative skills.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and student engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of drama-related extracurricular opportunities.
  • Work flexibly within a job-share arrangement to ensure consistent departmental leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in teaching drama at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a job-share position.
