Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of whole-school priorities and strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning across the school.

- Support the Headteacher in managing the school’s leadership team and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as an Assistant Headteacher or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive school improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Commitment to inclusivity, student success, and academic excellence.
- Experience in a secondary school setting, preferably in a high-performing institution.
Preferred
- Experience with Ofsted inspections and school improvement frameworks.
- Background in curriculum development and teacher training.
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
- Experience in managing large teams and leading whole-school initiatives.
