The Opportunity:

As a Personal Assistant to the Group Strategic Director of Development, Engagement and Marketing, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the role. This is a pivotal position that supports major donor relationships and contributes to the strategic direction of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group Strategic Director of Development, Engagement and Marketing with a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the professional stewardship and support of major donors, including managing communication and event coordination.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and manage the diary, travel, and meetings of the Group Strategic Director.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to engagement and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Provide proactive support to ensure the smooth delivery of the Group Strategic Director’s responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the school’s strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of literacy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a senior administrative or support role.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a demanding workload.

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar role within an educational or charitable organisation.
  • Knowledge of donor stewardship and fundraising principles.
  • Familiarity with educational environments and school operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
