Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of effective pastoral systems and behaviour management strategies.
- Ensure the school’s vision and values are consistently communicated and reinforced across the school community.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve student attendance with measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of disciplinary processes and reporting systems.
- Support the continuous improvement of staff and student behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, with a focus on behaviour and attendance.
- Strong understanding of pastoral care and student welfare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices and policies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting in education.
