Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a high-achieving faculty to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding academic results.
- Support the development of staff through professional growth and leadership opportunities.
- Work closely with the Principal to implement school-wide strategies and initiatives.
- Promote the school’s values and mission across all aspects of school life.
- Oversee student welfare, behaviour, and pastoral care to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and improve the school’s high standards of teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the school’s leadership programme.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience in managing a high-achieving faculty.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a school or academy setting.
- Experience with faith-based education or community engagement.
- Experience with leadership development programmes or character education initiatives.
- Strong track record in improving student outcomes and school performance.
