Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a high-achieving faculty to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding academic results.
  • Support the development of staff through professional growth and leadership opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Principal to implement school-wide strategies and initiatives.
  • Promote the school’s values and mission across all aspects of school life.
  • Oversee student welfare, behaviour, and pastoral care to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and improve the school’s high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the school’s leadership programme.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in managing a high-achieving faculty.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Strong commitment to the school’s values and mission.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a senior leadership role within a school or academy setting.
  • Experience with faith-based education or community engagement.
  • Experience with leadership development programmes or character education initiatives.
  • Strong track record in improving student outcomes and school performance.
