Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Secondary A Level Biology.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding learning and teaching experiences.
• A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• A willingness to collaborate and share outstanding teaching practice.

Preferred

• Experience with international curricula, such as the International Baccalaureate.
• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with inquiry-based learning and innovative teaching methods.
