Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Biology up to A Level.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering innovative and engaging lessons.
  • Previous experience in a school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
  • Involvement in professional development and leadership opportunities.
  • Experience with the Early Career Framework (ECF) programme.
  • Interest in science education and curriculum development.
