Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Chemistry at A Level.
  • Commitment to student achievement and the promotion of equal opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of how students learn and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadership.

Preferred

  • Experience with the ECF programme or other teacher training initiatives.
  • Background in curriculum development or leadership within a science department.
  • Experience with pastoral care or student welfare support.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
