Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Chemistry at A Level.
- Commitment to student achievement and the promotion of equal opportunities.
- Strong understanding of how students learn and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadership.
Preferred
- Experience with the ECF programme or other teacher training initiatives.
- Background in curriculum development or leadership within a science department.
- Experience with pastoral care or student welfare support.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
