As a Biology Teacher (Part-Time), you will play a key role in inspiring and challenging students at KS5. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking Science department and make a real difference in student learning and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and challenge students in Biology (KS5 only).
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that foster intellectual curiosity and academic progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with a supportive and motivated team of subject specialists.
  • Bring innovation and creativity to teaching strategies and curriculum delivery.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence and build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Biology at KS5.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Biology.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing and delivering innovative teaching strategies.
  • Experience with student assessment and progress tracking.
  • Experience in co-curricular or extra-curricular activities.
  • Experience with pastoral care or student support.
