We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mathematics teacher to join our dynamic and high-achieving Maths department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire talented students and contribute to the ongoing success of our thriving department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and challenge students at GCSE and A Level, teaching the Edexcel Maths GCSE, Edexcel Maths A Level, and Edexcel Further Maths A Level.
  • Drive excellence by enabling students to achieve the highest possible standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a supportive and motivated team.
  • Bring innovation and creativity to teaching and learning strategies.
  • Demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence inside and outside the classroom.
  • Stay informed on and actively implement contemporary teaching and learning pedagogies.
  • Commit to the ethos and vision of the school, including participation in the wider school community.
  • Complete an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Check with appropriate barred list checks, or the equivalent.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Expert subject knowledge in Mathematics.
  • The confidence to teach across all Key Stages, including GCSE and A Level.
  • Commitment to the ethos and vision of the school.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Further Maths at A Level.
  • Experience with Early Career Teacher (ECT) support programs.
  • Experience in implementing contemporary teaching and learning pedagogies.
