• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and curriculum expertise.
• Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs and strengths of all students.
• Use assessment effectively to support student learning.
• Manage behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in maths education.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching maths.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to student achievement and personal development.

Preferred

• Experience with teaching maths at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Experience with the International Baccalaureate or similar curriculum.
• Experience with pastoral care and student support.
• Experience with technology-enhanced learning and digital tools.
