Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and challenge students in KS5 Psychology through engaging and intellectually rigorous lessons.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning that supports student progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate effectively with a supportive and forward-thinking team of subject specialists.
  • Bring innovation and creativity to teaching strategies and curriculum delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence in building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Psychology.
  • Experience teaching Psychology at KS5 level.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives.
  • Experience with pastoral care and student support.
