Key Responsibilities:

• Teach GCSE and A level Business & Economics to students, ensuring high academic achievement.
• Coordinate and deliver BTEC Business courses effectively.
• Develop engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and student engagement.
• Use technology to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
• Implement differentiated teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
• Participate in cross-curricular initiatives and whole-school events.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
• Contribute to the development of the school's academic and extracurricular programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Business Studies and Economics in an international school setting.
• Experience in teaching the British curriculum or an international curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of current business and economic affairs.

Preferred

• Experience in developing and delivering engaging lessons that promote critical thinking.
• Experience in using technology to enhance teaching.
• Understanding of differentiated teaching strategies.
• Experience in assessment and monitoring student progress.
