The Opportunity:

As a Business Engagement Executive, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between education and industry. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing work placements, apprenticeships, and employer partnerships that support student success and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate high-quality work placements and apprenticeship opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry partners
• Support students in accessing career pathways that align with their aspirations
• Represent the school at employer events and industry forums
• Monitor and respond to labour market trends to shape future-focused provision

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in employer engagement, business development, or sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, driven mindset
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding principles

Preferred

• Experience in education or further learning environments
• Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and industry standards
• Understanding of current trends in education and employment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of £29,899 - £31,610
