Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Business Studies at Key Stages 4 and 5.
• Support students in achieving excellent results in GCSE, IB, and BTEC Business qualifications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Business Studies curriculum.
• Provide pastoral support and mentorship to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
• Stay up to date with current industry trends and integrate them into teaching.
• Prepare and mark assessments in line with school and departmental standards.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and student enrichment programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business Studies.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
• Experience of teaching Key Stages 4 and 5 students.
• Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience of teaching IB Business Management or BTEC Business Studies.
• Familiarity with T Level qualifications.
• Experience with digital teaching tools and resources.
• Experience of working in a multi-academy trust (MAT) environment.
