Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the Key Stage team, driving standards and supporting colleagues.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback to support learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of innovative teaching strategies and curriculum design.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events to enhance student engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Business Studies.
• Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve excellent student progress and outcomes.
• Commitment to working as part of a team and contributing to a supportive school community.
• Passion for student learning and well-being.

Preferred
