Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional business support services to pupils, teachers, and wider stakeholders.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all areas of the school.
  • Use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook efficiently and accurately.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, working to deadlines and using initiative.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Support the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of school policies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s business support functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
  • Experience of working in an administrative setting.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of SEND support processes and procedures.
  • Experience with database management systems.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
